At Viora Vita, we are committed to providing products that temporarily relieve pain and improve your quality of life.
We believe in the effectiveness of our products – that's why we offer a 60-day , no-questions-asked return policy. Please read the guidelines below to understand how the return and refund process works.
What do I do first if I want to return a product?
Do not contact Klarna or your bank first.
Please contact us directly via email at support@vioravita.com before contacting payment providers. If you contact Klarna or your bank first, your refund may be delayed by up to 180 days due to case review. We are here to help you quickly and efficiently - please be patient and let our support team help you first.
How do I return an item or request a refund?
We offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all eligible products. Contact us with your order details and receipt.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Defective products will be refunded in full
- For non-defective products, shipping, handling and any free products will be deducted from the refund amount.
Who can return a product?
You can return a product within 60 days if it is:
- Unused
- I original stand
- In original packaging
Note: Subscription services and some digital products cannot be returned.
Which products cannot be returned or refunded?
- Perishable goods, intimate or hygiene products, or dangerous goods
- Sale items – eligible for credit card only
- Incorrect deliveries due to incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays beyond our control (e.g. customs, natural disasters)
- You made a mistake in your order and the item has already been shipped.
- You refuse to return the item but require a refund (e.g. wrong size – please check the size guide before ordering)
How do I start a return?
Send an email to support@vioravita.com with:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Receipt
We will send you detailed instructions for return.
What refund options do I have?
- Refund to original payment method (for regular items)
- Credit card (for sale items)
- Partial refund if the item is used
What if my product is damaged, defective or lost during shipping?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo or video.
If you have purchased shipping protection, we will send a new item without any questions .
Without shipping protection, we will still try to find a solution.
Please provide the following:
- Subject: Damaged / Defective / Lost Item
- Order number
- Full name
- Description + picture or video
- Contact email
How do exchanges and returns of gifts work?
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges for other reasons are considered on a case-by-case basis.
You may be asked to cover shipping costs.
Shipping and returns
- Returns are sent to our control center
- You cover return shipping yourself.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- For free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- For items over 750 NOK, tracked and insured shipping is recommended.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive the return without tracking.
What if I haven't received my refund?
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Check your bank, credit card and wait up to 7 business days
- Contact us at support@vioravita.com if you still haven't received anything.
